The Kisser

This is an All Points Bulletin. Be on the lookout for a baby kisser. Whereabouts unknown but most likely in the borough of East York. The assailant plants smooches on unsuspecting babies then disappears as quickly as he arrived. Has also been spotted in Cobourg, and Ohsweken. The public is warned to keep their distance and avoid carrying timbits as they may attract his attention.
